Deep Tissue
This style of massage is usually misinterpreted with the phrase “no pain, no gain”, however that is not the purpose. This technique is done with slow compressive-style strokes along the length of the muscles. Tension-producing stress, injuries, spasms and other inhibiting factors chronically shortens muscles in length. The slow compressive-style movement allows the muscle to return to its appropriate resting length. In return, internal metabolic function is enhanced, range of motion is restored and the muscles can now respond to messages from the nervous system properly. Even though it is performed with deeper pressure, the communication between the client and therapist is very important, as everyone’s pain tolerance is different.
Neuromuscular
This is another form of deep tissue that focuses on the release of trigger points. A trigger point is an area of irritation in a muscle that sends nerve impulses to another area of the body due to the lack of circulation and excess stress that has no place else to go. The trigger points cause pain and/or muscle fatigue or weakness and by releasing these blockages of energy one will increase muscle circulation and relieve the stress and tension in that area. The modality is performed by a constant compression directly on the area of irritation while the client inhales and exhales deeply. The purpose of the deep breathing is to allow oxygen to enter deep into the body and relieve any pain or discomfort while compression is being applied to trigger point. Client/therapist communication is important to reach the goal of trigger point release.
Connective Tissue
Connective tissue is muscle tissue that is responsible for range of motion and also formation of scar tissue. Cross fiber is a technique that is used to stretch the fascial membranes that surround the bodies soft muscle tissue. Stretching the muscles after receiving cross fiber is the best way to increase range of motion and allows the muscle tissue to restore itself to its appropriate elasticity.
Swedish
Swedish massage is a massage for overall general relaxation. It is an easy flowing, lighter pressure type of massage that addresses the superficial layer of muscle tissue. Some of the benefits of Swedish massage include increase blood circulation, decreased stress and muscle tension, increase mental and physical relaxation, improve range of motion, and improves ones quality of sleep.

Massage Stretch
As we age our muscles naturally begin to tighten and joints begin to start to feel stiff. This in turn decreases our range of motion. Incorporating stretching exercises during a massage session is a great way to loosen the muscles first with massage, then stretching the muscle tissue back to its normal length increasing flexibility. The more often we take the time to stretch the more we remind the tissue of its normal resting state. Stretching also increases our energy and improves oxygen and blood flow.

Chair Massage
Onsite chair massages typically last 10-20 minutes per session. This service is typically requested for special events of many sorts such as corporate events, holiday celebrations, bridal/baby showers, employee/teacher appreciation, etc. Massages done in the chair mainly focus on upper body only due to limited body positioning. You can purchase a chair massage time slot for $55 per hour (minimum one hour)

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage — to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But it's also tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists who are trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly.
Prenatal massage helps to reduce lower back pain and possibly chronic headaches. It also may decreases stress and promotes relaxation.
